Sliding glass doors lead out to the screened in porch with porch furniture and a very nice view of the gulf overlooking the courtyard. The updated kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and a small dining area nearby. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of this building.
