Sanibel Island Vacation Rental condominium, Sundial F205, 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Condo

NEW everything!
Completely remodeled unit with a modern beach vibe.  King size bed in bedroom with a 14" open bed frame, for somewhere out of the way to store your luggage and no need to search for an outlet, bedside lamps have built-in USB port and outlet right in the base. The bedroom also has a comfortable desk for those that need a remote workspace.  The queen sleeper sofa in the family room has a 3" foam topper to ensure a great night's rest. Both TVs are smart, so you won't miss your favorite Netflix shows while on vacation.  Direct TV with HBO is also provided if your not the streaming type.  Now you no longer need to run out for ice, with the new Fridge/Freezer with built-in icemaker in this fully equipped kitchen.  Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided along with a beach cooler. If you don't want to carry everything there is also a collapsible wagon for your convenience. No guarantee as to the quantity, quality or condition of equipment at any given time, due to salt air conditions. 

Coin-operated laundry facilities are located right next door.

Bedding: King in the master, and a queen sleeper sofa in living area. Sleeps 4. Minimum 7 night stay. 
- No smoking is permitted in the unit, on the lanai, or on Sundial grounds unless in designated smoking areas.-

The Sundial West Complex offers a heated pool, gas barbecue grills, elevators, beach access and on-site restaurants.  
 Parking is very limited. Only one car per unit.  Any exceptions will need written approval from the Association Board. Written permission is required for the “keeping” of multiple vehicles, including golf carts, by a single Unit.  Sundial of Sanibel prohibits the parking of boat trailers, trailers, campers, travel trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, and the like on the property.  

The association has installed electronic locks to the Sundial West swimming pool gates (4).  Pool gates will lock at 9 PM and will unlock at 8 AM.  Swimming is not permitted during closed hours.

Please note: This is a privately owned condo, which is rented through Royal Shell Vacations. Royal Shell guests will have limited availability to the resort’s amenities.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
