Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffeemaker, 2 TVs (large HDTV in living area), DVD, washer/dryer, and free wi-fi. "Wheelchair friendly." C201 is not completely ADA compliant, but has many features to assist: tile floors throughout; WC access to kitchen, living area & master suite with roll-in shower, higher toilet & grab bars, higher lavatory, roll-in shower, grab bars, and wider doorways. The elevator is also "roomy". There is also a nice boardwalk to the beach.
