Vacation Rental Description

The beach awaits you! Loggerhead Cay 272 has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is totally remodeled. The spacious living area features a queen sleeper sofa, 52" flat panel TV, and DVD Player. Your family can relax or dine on the screened porch with a view of the courtyard. The master bedroom offers a king bed, 43" flat panel TV and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds. There is a full bathroom with walk-in shower located just outside the guest bedroom. You will also find USB alarm clocks and charging ports throughout this vacation rental. Amenities include fully-equipped kitchen, stainless appliances, granite countertops, washer/dryer, free wi-fi (high-speed internet), elevator and is pet friendly. (Loggerhead Cay rules only allow one pet up to 25 pounds max with a non-refundable pet fee).


Loggerhead Cay is a nice complex located off of East Gulf Drive on Sanibel that offers easy beach access, community pool, tennis courts, BBQ grills and shuffleboard courts.

This is a weekly minimum property per the condo association and can accommodate up to 6 people.

Loggerhead Cay is a smoke-free condominium complex- smoking is not allowed on the courtyard, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, stairwells, elevators, or the lanai.

No RV, trailer or motorcycle parking on property.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
