This Fort Myers vacation rental is in the Oakhurst neighborhood of Colonial Country Club. Located just east of I-75 in Fort Myers, 8 miles from Southwest Florida International Airport, this beautiful community is isolated from suburban traffic yet close to all Southwest Florida conveniences. Colonial Country Club offers world-class golf on its 18-hole championship golf course, resort pool and Jacuzzi, and other fabulous amenities. Whether you're looking for a relaxing vacation or an active one, Colonial Greens has something for everyone.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP TRANSFER
Colonial Country Club Membership Transfer MUST BE TRANSFERRED and costs $346.13 (per couple/family). This fee of $346.13 will be included in your reservation total. Membership transfer gives you access to all the amenities Colonial Country Club offers but does not cover greens and cart fees.

OAKHURST LEASE APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS  
You will be required to complete an online application at www.buyerapplications.com. This includes a required background screening for each couple or family (e.g., two couples must submit two lease applications and background screenings). The lease application fee is $150. The background screening fee is $40 for US citizens/adults and $45 for international/Canadians. Both fees are paid directly through the website. You must also upload copies of your driver's licenses or passports. Lease applications Must be completed  60 days before your arrival date after you have made your final payment.

  • Sleeps 6 
  • 1-month minimum stays, rentals must begin on the first day of the month from December to April. Last-minute reservations will be considered off-season.
  • Golf cart for guest use – pick up keys and sign waiver at the Royal Shell office
  • Smoking is not permitted
