Coral Isle has an open concept living area and dining area with a vaulted ceiling and access to the screened-in lanai and courtyard, the large newly renovated kitchen and offers a sit-up counter, coffee bar, and breakfast nook. The master bedroom offers a king bed, smart TV access to the lanai, and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and access to the courtyard and the guest bathroom just is outside of the guest bedroom. 2 month min rental.
Villa Amenities include: Free Wi-Fi, 2 Smart TVs for streaming access, basic cable, hairdryers, washer and dryer, beach equipment, and a Nespresso Gran Lattisima Coffee Machine.
Community Amenities Coral Isle has its own community pool and community room for residents. Parker Lakes also offers residents enjoyable resort facilities such as a sports park, pool, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis, boardwalk, fishing pier with gazebo, children's playground, racquetball and basketball, tennis, shuffleboard, and walking/biking paths. Excellent central location close to Health Park Hospital, Lakes Park Library, shopping, and dining and is 10 -15 minute drive to area beaches and Islands and 15-20 minutes to local sports stadiums.
****PLEASE NOTE that the Coral Isles Homeowners Association requires a Lease Application and Background Screening to be completed by all adults occupying the rental for the term of the lease. Upon booking you will be emailed the Coral Isle Lease Application and background screening this must be returned to Royal Shell 30 days prior to arrival day. 3 month min during peak season months Jan - April , May - December 1 month min and can be rented 3x per year.
