Enjoy a wonderful Sanibel vacation in this lovely, updated unit, Sundial J204 provided straight out gulf views, and is a welcoming, comfortable condo that offers guests many extras.
Bright and beautiful, Sundial J204 has comfortable living area seating, with an additional swivel rocker coming in the Fall of 2022. The sofa is a queen sleeper, and extra large wall mounted TV also coming in Fall.
The dining table seats 4, with 2 more seats at the kitchen counter. The fully equipped kitchen also has ceiling tray lighting and granite countertops.
Master bedroom features a king bed and wall mounted TV, new bedding coming in June as well. En-suite master bathroom has tub/shower combination.
Guest bedroom has both queen and full sized beds, and TV
Guest bathroom also has tub/shower combination. Condo sleeps 6 maximum. Minimum stay 7 nights. No smoking permitted in the unit or on the lanai.

Parking is very limited. Only one car per unit. Any exceptions will need written approval from the Association Board. Written permission is required for the “keeping” of multiple vehicles, including golf carts, by a single Unit. The association has installed electronic locks to the Sundial West swimming pool gates (4). Pool gates will lock at 9 PM and will unlock at 8 AM. Swimming is not permitted during closed hours.
