Welcome to Whispering Pines, a three bedroom, two and a half bath home located in the gated community of Misty Mountain. Large and spacious home offering a great room with wood burning fireplace, 55" flat panel TV offering Dish Network with over 190 channels, Blu-Ray DVD Player and queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy your meals in the large and updated fully equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for 8. There is a Keurig coffee machine in kitchen. The master suite offers a King bed, 42" flat panel TV, Blu-Ray DVD Player, his/hers walk-in closets and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, and a combined shower and jetted tub. The guest room offers a Queen bed and 36" flat panel TV. The third bedroom offers a bunk bed with a twin on top, full on the bottom and an additional twin trundle bed. This room also has a 32" flat panel TV. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This home also offers a full size washer/dryer, WiFi, open decks with rocking chairs, books/games and Gas BBQ Grill. This home may have some light road noise.
Misty Mountain offers access to a community pavilion that offers an outdoor fireplace, picnic tables, 4 gas grills, his/hers bathroom and large kitchen with fridge, microwave and stove/oven. Great place to hangout in the evenings.
This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drive-able location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person.
