This open floor plan includes and beautiful kitchen and dining area. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen. The upper deck is accessed from the living area, with seating and an outdoor table to enjoy the golf course view. Each of the two bedrooms on this level offer and en suite bathroom. On of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other a king bed. Downstairs is a second living and entertainment space. This space includes a pool table, arcade machine, many board games, a comfortable couch and TV. To the right of the base of the stairs is a sleeping nook with two sets of bunk beds. A guest bedroom, with queen bed, uses the bathroom at the end of the hall. Another guest bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. The lower deck is covered and screened with outdoor furniture. A gas grill can be found in the garage. This home has high speed internet.
