Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Webbsview, located in beautiful Found Forest 5.4 miles from the center of Cashiers and 2.5 miles from the main gate of Wade Hampton Golf Course. This 5 bedroom, 3 and a half bath home is the perfect place to unwind, relax and soak up the magnificent views of Whiteside Mountain – the oldest granite mountain in the world. In the Fall, you’ll be treated to the fabulous colors that our region of the Smoky Mountains shows! The entry level of this well-appointed home comprises of the spacious living room which has a large flat screen TV with satellite service, a wood-burning fireplace and lots of comfortable seating. There is even a bench by the window with plenty of light and warmth where you can catch up on some reading. You’ll have fabulous views from the living room which leads out onto a covered open deck. The entry level has a powder room off the living room. There is a gas grill on the upper deck with ample seating where you can soak up the view! The kitchen, located just off the living room has an island, great lighting and equipped with a Keurig coffee pot. There is a dining area off the kitchen with a dining table that seats 8. Upstairs to the loft area there is a twin bedroom as well as a King bedroom, both of these bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. There is no TV in either of these bedrooms. The King master bedroom is also located on the entry level and has a large walk in closet as well as a private bathroom with a walk in shower as well as a jetted tub. The upper deck is accessible through a glass sliding door and there is a covered sitting area where you can relax. There is no TV in the master bedroom. The lower level is where you will find another Twin bedroom as well as a King bedroom. Both of these bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub. There is no TV in either bedroom. There is also a large Den downstairs with a wet bar, flat screen TV as well as a wood-burning fireplace.

* Landmark Vacation Rentals is following strict Covid-19 precautions to ensure that our employees and guests are staying well. We provide sheets, pillowcases, and a light blanket for each bed. Bathroom towels are also provided. These linens are professionally laundered. For guests' safety, the top-layer bedding (quilts, comforters, etc.) has been removed. Please bring additional blankets with you. Thank you for understanding and helping so that all of us can remain safe during these unprecedented times.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
