Relax in the living room watching TV with an expanded DirecTV package or enjoying the wood burning fireplace. There is a half bathroom on the main level. From the dining area, access the screened back porch which includes an outdoor dining table, comfortable seating, and a large Big Green Egg for grilling.  Up the stairs to the loft above the main level, you will find the first bedroom with a king bed, large TV with DirecTV, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.  Down the stairs to the lower level is the second bedroom with a king bed (also with DirecTV), closet, and a full bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.  The lower level also hosts a second living area with TV with DirecTV and a sleeper sofa.  The laundry room is located on the lower level.  A lower patio with lounge chairs is accessible from both the lower level living area and bedroom; the lower patio and a portion of the backyard are fenced in to accommodate four-legged guests (HOA rules do not allow them to be left unattended outside).

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $3,000 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
