Great location in Sundial F301, is a corner unit with wonderful pool and gulf view, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo.  Updated and everything you need to have a great Sanibel vacation!  Sundial F301 is a versatile unit with 1 king bed in the master, 1 full bed and 1 twin bed in the guest bedroom, with a queen sleeper sofa as additional sleeping accommodations, and full sized, well stocked kitchen.  You will love the views this corner unit offers, with easy beach and pool access, and Free Wifi,
Bedding: King in the master, one full bed and one twin bed in the guest bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa in living area. Minimum 7 night stay. Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on the lanai.
No pets.  Sundial F301 offers beach items, and beach towels are included in your linen packet. The building has an elevator, and coin operated laundry. The Sundial West Complex offers a pool, gas BBQ grills, elevators, beach access, and on-site restaurants.
Please note: This is a privately owned condo which is rented through Royal Shell Vacations and guests will have limited availability to the resorts amenities.

 Parking is very limited. Only one car per unit.  Any exceptions will need written approval from the Association Board. Written permission is required for the “keeping” of multiple vehicles, including golf carts, by a single Unit.  Sundial of Sanibel prohibits the parking of boat trailers, trailers, campers, travel trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, and the like on the property.  



The association has installed electronic locks to the Sundial West swimming pool gates (4).  Pool gates will lock at 9 PM and will unlock at 8 AM.  Swimming is not permitted during closed hours.
