Bed configuration: King in master, 2 Queen beds in guest bedroom and sleeper sofa in living area. Sleeps a total of 6 people. No smoking in the unit or on the lanai.

Parking is very limited. Only one car per unit.  Any exceptions will need written approval from the Association Board. Written permission is required for the “keeping” of multiple vehicles, including golf carts, by a single Unit.  Sundial of Sanibel prohibits the parking of boat trailers, trailers, campers, travel trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, and the like on the property.  
 

The association has installed electronic locks to the Sundial West swimming pool gates (4).  Pool gates will lock at 9 PM and will unlock at 8 AM.  Swimming is not permitted during closed hours.
