Sundial E308 is a privately owned two bedroom, two bathroom plus den condo located in building E on the third floor. Enjoy stunning beach front views from the screened in porch. With tile throughout and carpet in the bedrooms, this nicely updated condo offers a tropical decor. The master suite features a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers one twin bed and one full sized bed, with a guest bathroom just outside. The open den offers large flat panel TV and sleeper sofa. Off the living room is sliding glass doors that lead out to the screened in porch with beach front views. The updated kitchen offers hard surface countertops and dining area. Coin-operated laundry facilities located on the first floor of this building.
Bedding: King in the master, one full sized bed and one twin bed in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in living area. Sleeps 6. Minimum 7 night stay. No smoking is permitted in the unit or on the lanai.
Please note: This is a privately owned condo which is rented through Royal Shell Vacations and guests will have limited availability to the resorts amenities. 

 Parking is very limited. Only one car per unit.  Any exceptions will need written approval from the Association Board. Written permission is required for the “keeping” of multiple vehicles, including golf carts, by a single Unit.  Sundial of Sanibel prohibits the parking of boat trailers, trailers, campers, travel trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, and the like on the property.  

The association has installed electronic locks to the Sundial West swimming pool gates (4).  Pool gates will lock at 9 PM and will unlock at 8 AM.  Swimming is not permitted during closed hours.
