Please note: This is a privately owned condo rented through Royal Shell Vacations, and guests will have limited access to the resort's amenities. 

 Parking is very limited. Only one car per unit.  Any exceptions will need written approval from the Association Board. Written permission is required for a single Unit to keep more than one vehicle, including golf carts.  Sundial of Sanibel prohibits the parking of boat trailers, trailers, campers, travel trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, and the like on the property.  

The association has installed electronic locks on the Sundial West swimming pool gates (4).  Pool gates will lock at 9 PM and will unlock at 8 AM.  Swimming is not permitted during closed hours.
