This bright and spacious 3rd floor unit offers great comfort and value, delivering an outstanding beach vacation. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a den that closes off for privacy. The den's queen sleeper sofa has a commercial grade mattress for your comfort. Your family can enjoy dining while enjoying the fantastic view of the Gulf of Mexico! Your screened wraparound lanai is a great place to watch Sanibel wildlife like dolphins, pelicans and shore birds on the beach as well as a view of the pool! br>
Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful coastal cottage décor, washer/dryer, California custom closets, walk-in shower in the master bathroom, 3 TVs (40" flat screen in living room and 32" flat screen in den), Blu-ray player, 3 CD/DVD players, 2 VCR players and free wi-fi. br>
The Sundial West Complex offers a pool, gas BBQ grills, elevators, beach access and on-site restaurants.  Parking is very limited. Only one car per unit.  Any exceptions will need written approval from the Association Board. Written permission is required for the “keeping” of multiple vehicles, including golf carts, by a single Unit.  Sundial of Sanibel prohibits the parking of boat trailers, trailers, campers, travel trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, and the like on the property.  


The association has installed electronic locks to the Sundial West swimming pool gates (4).  Pool gates will lock at 9 PM and will unlock at 8 AM.  Swimming is not permitted during closed hours.
 

Bedding: King in the master, two queen beds in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in living area. Sleeps 6. Minimum 7 night stay. No smoking is permitted in the unit or on the lanai..
