Enjoy a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico from your screened lanai or it's just a short walk to the beach to enjoy the Florida sun. For privacy, the bedroom and living areas are separated by a bifold door. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, 2 TVs, DVD, free wi-fi , walk-in shower and washer/dryer.
The Sundial West Complex offers a pool, gas BBQ grills, elevators, beach access and on-site restaurants. Parking is very limited. Only one car per unit. Any exceptions will need written approval from the Association Board. Written permission is required for the “keeping” of multiple vehicles, including golf carts, by a single Unit. Sundial of Sanibel prohibits the parking of boat trailers, trailers, campers, travel trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, and the like on the property.
