This 4th floor, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit has remodeled the kitchen and both bathrooms. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and there is a tub/shower combination in the guest bathroom. Amenities include tile floors in the living/dining area, washer/dryer, TV, free wi-fi, assigned parking and screened lanai.
The Sundial West Complex offers a pool, gas BBQ grills, elevators, beach access and on-site restaurants. Parking is very limited. Only one car per unit. Any exceptions will need written approval from the Association Board. Written permission is required for the “keeping” of multiple vehicles, including golf carts, by a single Unit. Sundial of Sanibel prohibits the parking of boat trailers, trailers, campers, travel trailers, motor homes, recreational vehicles, and the like on the property.
Bedding: King in the master, two full beds in the guest bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in living area. Sleeps 6. Minimum 7 night stay. No smoking is permitted in the unit or on the lanai.
