Sanibay is located in the prestigious neighborhood of Butterknife and is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom luxury home with over 4600 square feet of living space, an elevator, a screened-in heated pool, and a spa. Sanibay backs up to conservation land, and there is deeded beach access within 100 yards of the house. Sliding pocket doors off the dining room to the large upper deck and outdoor kitchen.

This elegant Sanibel Island vacation rental is special and sure to delight you and your guests with many wonderful vacation memories. In addition to the four bedrooms, there is also a den that closes off for privacy and provides a queen sleeper sofa. The lower level offers two inside sitting areas with TVs and barn doors separating different action groups, with ping pong, foosball, basketball, beach items, and a full bathroom.  Also outside sitting area with TV, and dining. Please note, this house provides 4 large TVs, but none in any of the bedrooms.
