This unit includes a master en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination, plantation shutters and tile floors throughout, fully-equipped kitchen with solid surface countertops, 3 TVs, DVD, free wi-fi, washer/dryer and screened lanai.

King size bed in master, 2 twin beds in guest bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living area.  Weekly. Sleeps 6.

Sandpiper Beach is a secluded complex located on the Gulf of Mexico and mid-island on Sanibel. It offers pool, tennis, shuffleboard and BBQ grills. There are no elevators in Sandpiper Beach. Personal PICK UP TRUCKS ARE ALLOWED as long as no advertising is displayed. No motorcycles allowed. Pickups are not allowed to park under the building.   Guest do not have access to the storage closet under the building.  No beach chairs or umbrellas.

This is to advise you that Sandpiper Beach is a completely smoke free property.
