Unit 237 is freshly painted, new living room, dining room and lanai furniture, fresh bedding and pillows. Two bedroom, two bathroom condo located on the top floor and features a vaulted ceiling, building has elevator. Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, two TV's, DVD Player, free wi-fi and screened in lanai with view of the lagoon and Gulf of Mexico. This is a weekly minimum property and can accommodate up to 6 people. The property of SandPoint strictly prohibits boats, boat trailers, jet ski’s on trailers,recreational vehicles etc.
Please be advised, starting October 3rd, the pool will be closed for repairs and renovation. This work should take about 2 weeks. In addition, the buildings will be painted, also starting on or around October 3rd-this project is projected to last 6-8 weeks, weather dependent. There will be workers, trucks, equipment, and some noise associated with this work. Thank you for your understanding as these maintenance items are addressed.
