Inside, the condo offers a fresh, clean, comfortable setting with an open living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of room for up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the guest bedroom offers two twin beds. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space, making this a great choice for families or friends traveling together.
The screened-in lanai is sure to become a favorite gathering spot. Start your morning with coffee and a peek at the Gulf, relax with a good book as the island breeze drifts through, or settle in at the end of the day and enjoy the peaceful views toward the beach. Sometimes the best part of a Sanibel vacation is simply having nowhere else you need to be.
Convenities make island living easy, including complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer and dryer. Sand Pointe also offers an elevator and convenient under-building parking.
The heated community pool is currently unavailable and is expected to remain closed until further notice. Rates have been adjusted accordingly.
