Sand Pointe Condo is located on desirable West Gulf Drive,  close to Sanibel’s shopping, Dining and sightseeing opportunities.  Sand Pointe offers a large heated pool and romantic lagoon.  This end unit is exceptionally private with a large lanai and breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from just about every room.  The kitchen and both bathrooms have been beautifully updated.  This 2 bed/2 bath Gulf View Condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops, Keurig Coffeemaker and will satisfy any chef. The unit boasts 55”,43”, and 33” flat screen TV’s, Xfinity cable with DVR, and password protected Wi- Fi. The new owners are lovingly striving to make their new “Sea Shell” the perfect home on the beach.

Enjoy breathtaking Gulf views from your full length lanai, great room and master bedroom. Relax by the heated pool or stroll along Sanibel’s world renowned shell beach. A convenient storage locker with beach chairs and umbrella is also available for your  use.

   There is also a washer and dryer in the unit giving you all the conveniences of home.

Please be advised, starting October 3rd, the pool will be closed for repairs and renovation. This work should take about 2 weeks. In addition, the buildings will be painted, also starting on or around October 3rd-this project is projected to last 6-8 weeks, weather dependent. There will be workers, trucks, equipment, and some noise associated with this work. Thank you for your understanding as these maintenance items are addressed.

The complex offers an elevator, heated pool, direct beach access via boardwalk, covered parking and an outdoor shower and bathroom pool side.

7 night minimum stay. Sleeps 6. Beds are king in the Master and queen in the guest bedroom, with queen sleeper sofa in the living area. No smoking or pets permitted.  Guests have access to a shared outside storage closet. 

The property of Sand Pointe strictly prohibits boats, boat trailers, jet skis on trailers, recreational vehicles, etc.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
