A very modern well-appointed secure complex is family friendly so you can enjoy the vacation you deserve. This recently renovated large gulf front two bedroom two bathroom condo features three flat screen TV’s, free wi-fi with a VCR, DVD player and washer/dryer in the condo. There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a pull out bed for a total allowed occupancy of 5. For the family you can leave your beach toys and child care stuff home! This condo stands alone with a play pen, high chair and all the beach toys, floaters and chairs you will need. With a screened in lanai and railing porch your family will be safe looking down to the beach from this 3rd floor paradise. Watch the dolphins play while looking out over the Gulf of Mexico or wake to the gentle waves rolling up the sandy beach. Being at the gateway to Sanibel Island you will find everything to make your vacation close at hand, starting with a short drive to the Sanibel visitor center or some of the best restaurants in Florida. Attached to the north is the island of Captiva where like Sanibel is the world’s best in shelling while exploring the white beaches.

Loggerhead Cay is a smoke free condominium complex- smoking is not allowed on the courtyard, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, stairwells, elevators, or the lanai.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
