Enjoy great direct gulf front views of the Gulf of Mexico from the long private balcony in Kimball Lodge 306. This beautifully renovated, third floor, vacation condo is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a spacious living room which is open to both the kitchen and dining areas. Upgrades include travertine floors and built in cabinets with conceled tv storage. The living area has sliding door access to the balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows to let in the Sanibel sunshine! The kitchen features teak cabinets, stainless appliances and Brazilian granite countertops, a second bar sink and full walk in pantry.

The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in closet and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and full bathroom with walk in shower across the hall. Both bedrooms have access sliding door access to the screened lanai that overlooks the pool and the olde Florida style grounds of Island Inn. On the same floor as unit 306 is a community laundry room with the first floor featuring an open sun deck and icemaker. This unit also has 3 TVs, DVD, free wi-fi and an elevator. There is a sundeck on the upper level where you can enjoy the sun or watching birds and dolphins!

Traditions on the Beach restaurant open YEAR ROUND for dinner, features piano bar, fabulous food and live music, even dancing! You can't beat this unit for historic charm in a gulf front complex. On site amenities include tennis, beach, heated pool, shuffleboard and reserved parking. Additional Island Inn amenities are not available to guests of this condo.

Sleeps 4. Bed sizes: King in master and 2 twins beds in the guest bedroom. Minimum 7 night stay. This is a non-smoking property.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.

Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
