There is a spacious living room which is open to both the kitchen and dining areas. Upgrades include travertine floors and built in cabinets with conceled tv storage. The living area has sliding door access to the balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows to let in the Sanibel sunshine! The kitchen features teak cabinets, stainless appliances and Brazilian granite countertops, a second bar sink and full walk in pantry.

The master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in closet and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and full bathroom with walk in shower across the hall. Both bedrooms have access sliding door access to the screened lanai that overlooks the pool and the olde Florida style grounds of Island Inn. On the same floor as unit 306 is a community laundry room with the first floor featuring an open sun deck and icemaker. This unit also has 3 TVs, DVD, free wi-fi and an elevator. There is a sundeck on the upper level where you can enjoy the sun or watching birds and dolphins!

Traditions on the Beach restaurant open YEAR ROUND for dinner, features piano bar, fabulous food and live music, even dancing! You can't beat this unit for historic charm in a gulf front complex. On site amenities include tennis, beach, heated pool, shuffleboard and reserved parking. Additional Island Inn amenities are not available to guests of this condo.

Sleeps 4. Bed sizes: King in master and 2 twins beds in the guest bedroom. Minimum 7 night stay. This is a non-smoking property.
