Come to enjoy the ultimate Florida getaway, Sunset @ The Lake provides a private heated pool with a lake view in the highly-rated gated community of Marina Bay. This neighborhood is close to shopping, dining, Major League Baseball Training Stadiums and 30 minutes from area beaches & islands.Sunset @ The Lake is a beautiful 1,857 sq. ft. ground-level single-family Villa with an open-concept living space with a 65” smart TV and modern furnishings, the kitchen is open concept and offers bar seating, dining, and up-to-date, appliances. Just off the living area is a spacious extended screened in lanai with heated swimming pool, outside dining for 6, gas grill for BBQ and gas fire pit for lounging around the pool on a cool winter evening also included on the lanai is a 65” Smart TV and beautiful sunset views on the lake.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master Bedroom offers a king-size bed, walk-in closet, 55” Smart TV and the Ensuite Master Bathroom offers double sinks and large walk-in shower, the 1st Guest Bedroom offers queen size bed, closet and has its own 50” Smart TV, the second Guest Bedroom has a desk, dresser, pull out queen sofa sleeper, closet and 50" Smart TV and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Also included this home also offers private 2 car garage and driveway and laundry room with washer and dryer. (Extra Long Vehicles such as Suburban’s and some pick-up trucks will not fit in the garage). All the comforts of home and more.
Sunset @ The Lake Home amenities include free Wi-Fi and 5 Smart (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) HD TV’s with streaming capabilities including Amazon Fire Stick and NO Basic CABLE only HD Antenna with local HDTV channels, 2 DVD players, private heated pool, pool floats and toys, beach equipment, pool and beach towels, 2 bikes, Propane Gas Grill, Propane Gas Firepit and 2 hairdryers.
Electric costs to heat the pool are included in your reservation total at $6.50 per day if the electric cost exceeds this amount you will be responsible for the remainder.

In the comfort of your own neighborhood, you can hit the gym, play a game of tennis, and host a party and so much more. Marina Bay HOA requires a requires an ONLINE Lease application called Tenant Evaluation for rental approval on all adults 18 years old and older occupying the unit for the Term of the Lease. The Tenant Evaluation Application must be completed and submitted no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Tenant Evaluation fee $100 for single and $150 per married couple is paid online through Tenant Evaluation and not included in your reservation total this fee could be subject to change. The application code and instructions will be emailed to you upon booking along with the Royal Shell Sort Term Reservation Agreement Agreement.
Visitors of the renter NOT staying for the Term of the lease, DO NOT have to complete the Tenant Evaluation, however they must be accompanied by the approved renter when using the facilities..
Gate stickers are $10 each and key fobs for the amenities are $25 each. These fees ARE NOT included in your reservation total and need to be paid for in person at Marina Bay after Renter has check-in at Royal Shell, please bring a check. 2 month min rental.
