Centrally located, this 2nd-floor Fort Myers vacation rental is the ideal getaway, only 5 miles from both Fort Myers Beach and the Sanibel Causeway bridge. As part of the gated Majestic Palms community, you will enjoy amenities like a community pool, spa, and barbeque grill area.

  • Guest does not have access to garage to use for their vehicle
  • Sabal Pointe Sect 4 requires a Monthly minimum stay, rentals must begin on the first day of the month from December to April
  • NOT Pet Friendly - Sable Pointe Sect 4 Condominium Assoc. does not allow for renters or their guest to have pets.
  • Sabal Pointe Sect 4 Condominium Assoc. requires a Lease Application along with background screening to be submitted 30-60 days before arrival
