Just a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico and Captiva beaches, Sunset Captiva 28 is a lovely 2-story elevated home on Captiva Island. You'll love the open "beachy" living area with a beautifully remodeled kitchen that opens to the lanai through two large sliding glass doors. The screened lanai is large enough to relax and dine, with ample seating to entertain. On the upper level, enjoy the beautiful Captiva weather from a sun deck.

As part of Sunset Captiva, a quiet 59-home community in the heart of Captiva Village, this Captiva Island vacation rental is in a fantastic location — just a short walk to the historical Captiva district where you will find restaurants rich with island charm and fare, boutiques, galleries, and a small but well-provisioned grocery store. Sunset Captiva offers guests great amenities like a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, and a private boardwalk leading to the Gulf of Mexico.

  • Parking is limited to two cars, but additional parking is available at Royal Shell's Captiva office
  • Boat dockage is available at no cost to guests, but must be reserved — call George at (239) 312-8491 or Sarah at (239) 395-1656
