Sunset Captiva 27 is a charming two-bedroom home with a loft perfect for families and groups of friends. The home is located just steps from the beach and offers plenty of outdoor space for relaxing and entertaining. The upper-level sun deck is a great place to start your day with a cup of coffee and enjoy the views of the Gulf of Mexico. The main-level screened lanai is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or grilling out with friends.

As part of Sunset Captiva, a quiet 59-home community in the heart of Captiva Village, this Captiva Island vacation rental is in a fantastic location — just a short walk to the historical Captiva district where you will find restaurants rich with island charm and fare, boutiques, galleries, and a small but well-provisioned grocery store. Sunset Captiva offers guests great amenities like a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, and a private boardwalk leading to the Gulf of Mexico.
