Located in the Village of Captiva, Isle B Back is a Four bedroom, three bathroom Captiva Island vacation rental home offering a private heated pool.
When you walk up to the home, you are greeted by a nice screened in porch with table and chairs. Walking into the home you have your living area offering tropical furnishings, TV, DVD Player and surround sound. Off the living room is the dining area with seating for 8. The large, fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, keurig coffee maker and a small breakfast nook. The laundry room is located off the kitchen and offers a washer/dryer and utility tub.
Two bedrooms are located on the backside of the home. The left bedroom offers two twin beds, TV/DVD Combo. Next to the bedroom is a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. The right bedroom offers a queen bed and TV/DVD Combo. Both bedrooms share the full bathroom.
The upstairs offers the master suite with a king bed, separate sitting area offering french doors and offers a twin sleeper sofa. There is a TV, DVD Player and open patio that looks out to the bay. The master bathroom offers dual sinks, shower and jetted tub.
The lower level offers a second master bedroom featuring a king bed and TV/DVD Combo along with a full bathroom. Sliding glass doors lead out to a wrap around screened in lanai. Off the bedroom is another room with a washer/dryer, sink and mini fridge. French doors lead out to the pool area that is surrounded by lush vegetation and offers outdoor seating.
Isle B Back also offers a BBQ Grill, beach towels, free wi-fi and is located within just a short stroll the beach, and shops/restaurants in the Village of Captiva.
