Bear Creek is a quaint home in High Hampton, 5 minutes to downtown Cashiers. A level and easy drive leads to a two car carport. Two steps up to the covered entrance leads in through the laundry room and into the galley style kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dual-sink, traditional drip coffee maker and classic refrigerator, note the ice is self-made. Continue through the kitchen into the main living space; two dining room tables, one with 6 chairs and the other with 4 chairs, allow plenty of seating. A cozy wood burning fireplace and a smart TV for Netflix can be enjoyed from the double couches. The tall glass windows and sliding glass doors in the living room lead to the outside screened patio with seating, outdoor tables and a gas grill. The primary bedroom is on the main floor with a King bed and an en-suite bath with standing shower. There is a den attached to the master bedroom with a full sized sleeper sofa and TV for Netflix. A guest bedroom with a King is also on the main floor off the living room with a guest bath with a shower/tub. Upstairs is a guest bedroom with twin beds and a guest bath with a shower/tub.
