As a guest in the Marquesa, you have access to the tennis center, and private Beach Club at Bay Colony, offering fine and casual dining, as well as a beachside pool with lounge service and light fare. This residence offers a spacious and open floor plan, and beautiful views. The living room is quite comfortable, offering two couches, two matching chairs, flat-screen TV., and easy access to the Lanai. The master suite has a king sized bed, flat screen TV, large walk-in closet, and private bath with a large jetted tub, separate shower and dual sinks. The Guest bedroom has twin beds, attached bath with shower/tub combination, and private lanai. The Den has a comfortable pull-out couch, TV., and chairs. The office has a desk, Wi-Fi, two comfortable chairs. The kitchen has all white cabinetry, corian counters and bar, and a round dining table and chairs.
