As a maintenance technician you will be responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance in our beautiful vacation homes and properties. You must be dependable with reliable transportation. We offer a competitive rate of pay, uniforms, a company vehicle during working hours, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package. Saturdays are a required working day. Hours are 8:30 – 5:00.

 

Requirements:

You must have a minimum of two-years past hands-on hotel or residential property maintenance experience. Below are some of the job duties you will be responsible for, however this list is not all-inclusive. Other duties may be assigned.

· Schedule and perform routine preventive maintenance on all appropriate equipment as directed by Maintenance Manager.

· Diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance and repairs.

· Report all major repairs and needs requisitions to the Maintenance Manager prior to any expenditure of funds.

· Complete service requests within 24 hours, except emergencies which will be addressed immediately.

· Participate in a seven (7) day 24-hour rotating on-call schedule for emergency after-hour calls- You will receive additional $150/week just for being for on-call, plus overtime for time worked over 40 hours.

· You must have computer skills and be able to use an iPad, iPhone and be able to learn our software program. You will enter work orders on an iPad.

· You must have valid Florida driver’s license and be able to pass an MVR check and background screening.

In the role of a Guest Services Agent, you will work in our beautiful Sanibel Island Welcome Center. You will interact with guests and help to enhance their vacation experience. You will also be responsible for responding to guest calls or inquiries about unit reservations, provide information, and reserve units for guests.

You will continue the arrival experience by obtaining all necessary information and providing the guests with a vacation home that meets their expectations.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, good attendance, and a minimum of one (1) year prior front desk experience in vacation rentals, hotels or resorts.

 

Responsibilities include:

· Greet, interact, and accommodate our guests

· Facilitate guest departure providing accurate statements when requested and ensuring guest satisfaction and assisting with collecting payments due.

· Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations, confirmations, unit need requests, and questions.

· Create all guest and owner arrival packets.

· Explain Royal Shell products, services and other information about the area as requested.

· Sell, process, enter and confirm unit reservations

 

A transponder will be provided for tolls, a benefits package, paid time off and more. Saturdays are a required working day for this position. Hours are 8:30 – 5:00. Only local candidates need to apply
