The woods is a single level condo, though there are a few steps to the entrance from the parking area. The master bedroom has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a double bed. The living room has a fireplace and is open to the dining area. In the dining room is a table that seats 4, as well as a bar with 2 more seats. The covered deck, with outdoor seating, is accessible by the sliding glass door in the dining area.
This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drivable location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, one indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Zip-Lining, High Ropes Course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on ski lift tickets and ski equipment rentals during the winter season.
