Welcome to where the earth meets the sky and the eagles fly, where you can see forever and the stars are endless. Black Bear Lodge is a 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home in Sapphire Valley. On the main level of this home is 2 of the bedrooms, both masters with king beds. There is another master bedroom, with a king bed, on the second level. The second floor has a den with a TV, a queen bedroom with a bath, and a full bedroom with a bath. The third floor, with two twin beds and trundle beds, is perfect for the kids. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including two refrigerators, and a bar that sits 3. The laundry room is located just off the kitchen. The living room has a stone fireplace and plenty of seating facing the large windows with a view. Also in the living room are a wet bar, with refrigerator, and a TV. Out on the deck enjoy a meal around the outdoor table!
Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $3,000 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drive-able location. You may join for $5/day or $25/week per person. Your amenity card will allow access to 2 outdoor swimming pools, Indoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, wet sauna, exercise room, arcade, ping pong, pool, outdoor miniature golf, horseshoes, basketball courts, tennis courts, playground, track, picnic tables, community center, organized excursions to Cherokee and the Biltmore House in Asheville, a 9 hole (par 3) golf course, Fairfield Lake boating amenities and discounts on lift tickets and rentals during the winter season.
