The Sanibel Surfside Complex is a relaxing and quiet complex located just off of Middle Gulf Drive. Unit 233 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with sleeper sofa on the top floor (with elevator in the building) and offers washer, dryer, free wi-fi, two TV's, VCR, DVD Player and a screened in porch with gulf views. Covered parking. Sanibel Surfside offers pool, tennis and BBQ Grills on-site. Weekly minimum. Can accommodate up to six people. The Sanibel Surfside complex does not permit smoking in the individual unit or its lanai, Also there is no smoking near the cabanas.  Per association, no smoking (including e-cigs/vaping) anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. Sanibel Surfside is now a 100% smoke-free property.
