Offering sleeping for up to six people with a king bed in the master, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. All enjoy the large screened in lanai with views of the lagoon, swimming pool and beach. As of March, 2015, new living room furniture, 3 flat screen TV's, HD in living room, DVD's in master and guest rooms, new guestroom mattresses, new faucets in baths. Free wi-fi. Washer/dryer. Come and enjoy the easy breezy island lifestyle. Sand Pointe requires a one week Saturday to Saturday minimum stay. The property of SandPoint strictly prohibits boats, boat trailers, jet ski’s on trailers,recreational vehicles etc.
