Gulf View. Sand Pointe is a beautiful, small complex located directly on the beach on West Gulf Drive with a heated swimming pool, covered parking, and elevators. Unit 234 has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 2 TV's, 2 VRS's, Stereo/CD Player, washer/dryer and can accommodate up to 6 people. The property of Sand Pointe strictly prohibits boats, boat trailers, jet skis on trailers, recreational vehicles etc.

Please be advised, starting October 3rd, the pool will be closed for repairs and renovation. This work should take about 2 weeks. In addition, the buildings will be painted, also starting on or around October 3rd-this project is projected to last 6-8 weeks, weather dependent. There will be workers, trucks, equipment, and some noise associated with this work. Thank you for your understanding as these maintenance items are addressed.
