Rendezvous By The Sea is an updated private vacation home in a quiet, residential neighborhood of Chateau Sur Mer, with a 5-minute walk to the beach. Build beautiful memories with your family and friends in this four-bedroom, ground-level home with a screened-in heated pool and many vacation amenities.  There is a split floor plan, with two bedrooms on the right side of the house, a living/entertaining area and kitchen in the middle, and two bedrooms on the left side of the house.  The large area around the pool has plenty of chaise lounging for everyone, with 3 large fans to keep you cool in the warm Florida sun!

Rendezvous By The Sea is located on a cul-de-sac outer curve, with a spacious yard, multiple fruit trees, a grilling area, and close proximity to the beach. Enjoy the luxury of room to stretch out, the inside whimsical nautical wall, and the large heated private pool and deck, all providing a tranquil and relaxing Sanibel Island Vacation!

  • Sleeps 10
  • Beach towels are provided with your unit linens
  • Smoking is not permitted
  • 1 Dog may be allowed with owner approval (breed and size-specific) and $500 non-refundable pet rent  
  • This is a ground-level private home  
  • Private screened-in, heated pool
  • Rendezvous By The Sea has a 30-night minimum stay 
  • Per owner, house will be cleaned and have linen exchange every two weeks during a stay
  • Guests must allow any maintenance vendors access during stays, ie a/c, etc
