Vacation Rental Description
We will be closing down the elevators per the schedule below as we are refurbishing each one. You will not be able to access the elevator during that time.
1 week per elevator starting with building 1 then 2;3;4;5.
Building 1 8/31 – 9/5 (could possibly be up and running on the 4th if no issues occur)
Building 2 9/7 – 9/12 (could possibly be up and running on the 11th if no issues occur)
Building 3 9/14 – 9/19 (could possibly be up and running on the 18th if no issues occur)
Building 4 9/21 – 9/26 (could possibly be up and running on the 25th if no issues occur)
Building 5 9/28 – 10/3 (could possibly be up and running on the 2nd if no issues occur)
A heated swimming pool, tennis courts, elevators, and BBQ grills are just a few of the amenities this prestigious condominium community has to offer. Bed configuration: K/DT/SS This is a second floor unit with a view of the courtyard. Unit 312 also offers 3 TV's,(2 flat panel TV's) 2 DVD player, stereo w/ CD Player, washer/dryer, free wi-fi and can accommodate up to 6 people. This unit will also accept one pet up to 25 pounds with a $175.00 non-refundable pet fee. No RV, trailer or motorcycle parking on property.
Loggerhead Cay is a smoke free condominium complex- smoking is not allowed on the courtyard, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, stairwells, elevators, or the lanai.
This is a friendly reminder that the pool will be closed until 10/24 per the Association. We have partnered up with Tortuga next door and will be able to access their pool during this time.
