Per owner, this unit has a two-week minimum stay year around.  Unit 311 is a three bedroom, two bathroom gulf view condo on the top floor with elevator in the building and great sunset views accommodates 6 people comfortably.  New owners fully renovated this unit in 2019. Includes a master suite with King bed and en-suite bathroom.  Guest bedroom suite has King Bed with built in closet/make-up stand, and third bedroom with two twin beds; and set off with pocket doors for additional privacy.

This well-appointed unit comes with washer/dryer,   a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances, including additional beverage refrigerator. Patio opens to main living area and has 4 full reclining lounge chairs. Four TV's, three DVD Players and free high-speed internet access. Guests have use of ground level storage closet with everything you will need to enjoy the pool and beach!

      *  There are no charging stations at Kings Crown for electric cars, and extension cords are not allowed.
