Vacation Rental Description

Ultimate living is Island Palm. A three bedroom four bathroom plus den private home is located in Beachview Estates. Enjoy outdoor living at its finest in your screen enclosure that covers your private heated pool and lanai with outdoor dining and a gas grill.

The home is a midrise (about six steps) to offer you outstanding views of the swimming pool and deck faces SW with one of the Sanibel Island Golf Club's fairway beyond. The golf course is a semi-public course which means that you can make tee times three days in advance with no membership fees (regular course fees apply).

The home has all the amenities form the formal living room and dining room to an open great room off the kitchen, family and breakfast area. Split floor plan and a den that has a sleeper sofa give you great sleeping accommodation choices. The master bedroom overlooks the pool and sliding door access to the lanai. The master bathroom was a walk-in shower and free standing tub. The home also comes with free wi-fi and beach front parking (along Middle Gulf Drive).

This is a non-smoking property. This home has a minimum stay of one month per Sanibel ordinance. Bed Sizes: K/K/Q/SS. Sleeps 6.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
