This unit offers a recently updated and fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, free wi-fi, dining area and living room. Great master bedroom and guest bedroom. There is an additional sleeping loft available by taking a spiral staircase.
This is a non smoking property. This is a seven night minimum property that can accommodate up to six people max.
PARKING:
There is room in the parking lot for one vehicle per unit. Only private passenger vehicles may be parked on the premises, and only in the space designated for the unit by the vehicle’s owner. There are no separate provisions for parking mopeds, motorbikes or motorcycles on the grounds, except in the space designated for each unit.
All vehicles must display a ‘Coquina Beach’ parking permit, obtainable from Royal Shell, designating unit and dates of stay. Any vehicle parked without a visible permit will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Large SUV's, Pick Up Trucks, Vans, RV's & Trailers are prohibited.
Oversized vehicles are strictly prohibited in the parking spots. An
oversized vehicle, defined as a vehicle greater than 225 inches in length, may not be parked at Coquina Beach.
