Casa Salty is a stilt home and has a fun, relaxed flair, with lots of charm and is close to everything! Large open living, dining and kitchen combine family time without leaving anyone out! Beautiful, updated kitchen, comfortable seating for relaxing and watching TV, or dining, this cute house has a lot to offer. In addition to the dining table, there is also counter seating, and the living area has a separate sitting area by a beverage cart. Master bedroom has vaulted ceiling with king bed, en suite bathroom with double vanity, separate tub and shower. The first guest bedroom has a full-sized bed and TV, and the second guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both guest bedrooms share a bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Enjoy the downstairs screened lanai, for outside dining or entertaining, and chatting about the day's events. There is also a fire pit out in the backyard and an old-style yard dart game.
The beach is a close 15-minute bike ride or less than a 10-minute car ride to Algiers Beach, and close to Perinwinkle shopping, dining, live theatre, art galleries, and cinema!
This house will accept 1 small, non-shedding dog under 25 pounds, with a non-refundable dog rent fee of $550.
