Welcome to Blue Heron at the Dunes, a privately-owned home with golf course views in The Dunes community. It is a beautifully updated three bedroom, 2 & 1/2 bathroom home. Great central location on the island and is close to shopping, restaurants, and other island adventures!  

This lovely Sanibel Island vacation rental has deeded beach access, free Wi-Fi, a gas grill, and guest storage with bicycles, beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, and a cooler for guests!

  • Sleeps 6
  • Smoking is not permitted
  • The Dunes does not permit boats, trailers, RVs, work trucks, or commercial vehicles to be parked at the properties
  • Guest storage items are provided, but no guarantee as to quality or quantity at any given time due to attrition
  • Golf membership is available through The Dunes for an additional fee
