Everything about this place is phenomenal! The location and privacy you get here is the best I have ever had. It is peaceful and quiet but still close enough to other beaches, restaurants, and fun places to explore. It was spotless and all of the amenities is very nice to have, especially the beach umbrella and toys! The views of the ocean is amazing and the balcony size is perfect for a family. Wish we could have stayed longer and would love to come back!

We stayed at Bayview Condo #437 and it was AMAZING! The views were to die for. The welcome package was so thoughtful! Suggestions for places to go and things to do were perfect. The condo was beautifully decorated and super clean. The master shower was super nice. I’ve stayed at a lot of nice places and I absolutely would recommend this place 10/10!!!

This was hands down the nicest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in—and I travel often for work, so that’s saying something. The location was absolutely perfect, and the corner unit itself truly has it all: beautiful views, peaceful surroundings, and every amenity you could ask for. The space was meticulously clean, tastefully decorated without feeling cluttered, and the furnishings were all high quality and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, though it would be a nice touch to include a few basics like salt, pepper, spices, oil, coffee, sugar, or creamers in the future. That said, everything else was exceptional. There was only one elevator operating during our stay, but it was never an issue—the building is very quiet with minimal foot traffic, so we never had to wait long. My husband & I stayed here a few nights before meeting up with friends moving to a larger Airbnb. Honestly, if this place had been available , I would’ve loved to stay here the entire trip!

This was our second stay at this lovely condo. It fits our family perfectly and is also spotlessly clean and well-equipped. It's in a great location overlooking the inland waterways. We'll be back.

This place was absolutely beautiful! We stayed here to be close to our Granddaughter who was playing in a basketball tournament over Thanksgiving. (Go Indiana University Women's Basketball #1!). We were soooo impressed with the entire place and fabulous view!

Great place - beautifully decorated and maintained (even after the recent hurricane). The only cons really are that things are a hike from this so prepare to use a ride share or have a car. Beach was nice and clean.

The property is clean, the condo is cute, clean and had all the items we could have needed. The view was amazing and we loved the pool.. the only negative is we didn't think the bed was that comfortable and ice gel packs in the freezer would have been great for packing for swim days. We would definitely stay again, and would recommend!

My husband and I booked this with friends for our first vacation away from kids in 11 years. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was beautiful and clean, and even had extras. I had called to ask if there was a washer/dryer in the unit and was told no, but was surprised to find one there when we arrived. There were also a couple of beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. Those were all very much appreciated. Also, we headed to Captiva Island one day and were able to park at the Royal Shells office! The unit was decorated just perfectly! My only complaint was check-in - we were told since it was after hours and on a Sunday to just head to the unit and enter the code to get in. However, we had to have a parking pass, so we were told to go to the office on Sanibel to get a packet. We went there but there wasn’t a packet. We had to wait for someone on call to get us a parking pass. Overall, our stay was amazing, the unit was everything we could have asked for, and we would definitely stay again!

This unit was impeccable! Beautifully decorated, on the water with screened patio and great views. Close to whatever we needed. Kitchen stocked with appliance (blender!) and cooking utensils. The host went so far as to leave us a welcome basket with useful items (sunscreen, bug wipes) and a bottle of sparking wine! I highly recommend this rental!!

Sunsets are fabulous from the balcony. Modern design and comfortable. I would return. Beds were super comfortable (wish we knew where they came from) Water pressure could be better in the master bedroom sink, the shower was great. Overall great stay right outside Sanibel.

This corner unit is stunning. The outdoor screened in balcony is spacious and it was a nice place to enjoy morning coffee and sunsets in the evening. The location just across from Sanibel island provided for nice scenery to take walks looking out on the water

Quiet building/area which was super great just to have peace and relaxation. Super short drives to Ft. Myers Beach or Sanibel. Overall we had a blast and would stay again in the future.

Our stay was great! I was looking for a location close to Sanibel and Captiva island and this was a great option. The complex was wonderful for evening walks. The apartment had everything you needed for a beach day and was fully equipped to make a meal (although we didn’t cook because of the great restaurants on the island!) Loved seeing the sunsets from the private patio. It was a perfect place for a weekend getaway. We might even plan to return next year. Thank you Royal Shell!

Wow! The views from this beautifully decorated and updated condo are amazing! The access to Ft Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva was so easy, while being out of the hustle and bustle - which allowed us to just relax! I'll miss our morning walks the most, so peaceful and serene. The condo and property was immaculate and we saw the efforts daily on the grounds and from the property manager. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful, relaxing vacation!

The property made for a perfect getaway. Everything that you would expect to find in the kitchen was there, the home was immaculately cleaned prior to our arrival. This place was easy to book and INCREDIBLE to stay in! We liked it so much that we stayed an extra day. It's not a huge rental, but it has top-of-the-line everything. We felt like we were living way above our means for a short time and it felt great! The people here were great and we used the resort's beautiful pool and restaurants since they were so close. The service there was outstanding! We spent evenings on the screened in porch and watched some beautiful sunsets. The master bathroom shower, yall---it's awesome! I'm afraid I can't do this condo justice with words. You have to see it for yourself!
