You'll enjoy the outdoor living on both levels of the home – have your morning coffee from the privacy of your upper-level sun deck or relax after a day at the beach on the main-level screened lanai that overlooks the community pool. 

As part of Sunset Captiva, a quiet 59-home community in the heart of Captiva Village, this Captiva Island vacation rental is in a fantastic location — just a short walk to the historical Captiva district where you will find restaurants rich with island charm and fare, boutiques, galleries, and a small but well-provisioned grocery store. Sunset Captiva offers guests great amenities like a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, and a private boardwalk leading to the Gulf.

  • Sleeps 6
  • Parking is limited to two cars, but additional parking is available at Royal Shell's Captiva office
  • Boat dockage is available at no cost to guests, but must be reserved — call George at (239) 292-1603 Saturday - Wednesday.
  • Smoking is not permitted
