**PLEASE NOTE** Sunset Captiva tennis courts and dockage are not available at this time.  In September 2024, they will begin a pool resurfacing project that is expected to take 8 weeks.

Please NOTE: Boat Dockage are currently NOT available due to damages from Hurricane Ian.

Experience breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico at Sunset Captiva 07. This Gulf-front elevated home has undergone stunning renovations. You'll feel as though you're right on the water with magnificent views from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The open air lanai can be accessed through three sets of sliding doors, which lead from the living and dining areas. Additionally, there is a sun deck accessible through both the upstairs master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms. The house features beautiful wood floors throughout, a decorative fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a large island, and a beverage cooler in the living area.

As part of Sunset Captiva, a quiet 59-home community in the heart of Captiva Village, this Captiva Island vacation rental is a short walk to the eclectic dining & shopping that Captiva is known for. Sunset Captiva offers guests great amenities like a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, and a private boardwalk leading to the Gulf of Mexico.

  • Parking is limited to two cars (covered), but additional parking is available at Royal Shell's Captiva office
  • Boat dockage is available at no cost to guests, but must be reserved — call George at (239) 312-8491 or Sarah at (239) 395-1656
  • Smoking is not permitted
