Vacation Rental Condo in Bonita Beach
The Homeowners Association currently has exterior painting and balcony construction projects being done on Building two, and Building three. There will be no lanai access, and there will be loud noise during this time. The completion date is subject to change depending on weather, and other conditions there will be no refunds or discounts due to this inconvenience caused by the work.

Welcome to Paradise! Come and stay at the 10th-floor Penthouse at Beach & Tennis Club, directly across the street from Bonita Beach in desirable building 1. The views from this condo are the best on the beach, bar none. From your lanai which faces the gulf, you can see sunsets year-round and the coastline stretching from Sanibel to Naples.

There is 1 king-size bed, a large flat-screen HD television, DVD player and free wi-fi. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) that is open to the dining and living area. Everything you need for the beach and pool is here for you.

On the ground floor of building 1 is The Bonita Café. There are gas grills in three convenient locations for guest use. Free tennis is available on 10 Har Tru courts. The resort has 2 heated swimming pools with one being at building 1. Bocce ball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, pickleball, and a basketball hoop are also on the resort property. There is a coin-operated laundry facility on the ground floor of buildings 1, 3, and 5. The condo is conveniently located across the street from Doc's Beach House and within walking distance to Coconut Jacks. The beachside at Doc's has parasailing and wave runner rentals.
