As home of Silver Springs attraction, the local community hosts the Silver Springs International Film Festival annually to celebrate the local contribution to film. Ocala is also home to the Santos Fat Tire Festival in March each year along with the Ride for the Arts Gran Fondo.
Mother’s Day weekend is time for the Ocala Symphony Under the Stars. The fall season welcomes FAFO (Fine Arts for Ocala) a juried art show attracting artists from around the country. The weekend event is a must experience while visiting Ocala.
