The living room offers two sofas, upholstered chairs and entertainment armoire with TV.   The family room offers a queen sofa bed, small computer table with printer and an additional built in desk in the adjacent kitchen. There is also a flat screen TV. The separate dining area offers a table and 6 chairs.  The kitchen is well equipped with every sort of kitchen item and plentiful dishes for daily use and entertaining. The lanai offers a lake view, two chaise lounges, a table and 4 chairs and an electric grill and the lanai has storm shutters. The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser and TV and the en-suite bathroom has a separate tub and shower and dual sinks plus private toilet area. The guest bedroom has twin beds and a lovely cushioned window seat. The guest bath has a combo tub/shower and two sinks.  The 3rd bedroom has a queen fold out sofa, closet, desk and chair. There is a 2 car garage as this is an end unit which makes this condo especially sunny! The location is within a short walk to the community pool which offers a large heated pool and spa and enclosed, shaded "picnic" area with tables and chairs suitable for dining as well as playing cards. Residents of Pelican Marsh enjoy a secured gated community, tennis and large fitness center, plus full tennis program with pro available.  Pelican Marsh is located very near the Mercato which offers world class dining, an upscale movie theater "Silver Spot", shopping and the only Whole Foods organic supermarket in the area. Other dining, shopping and entertainment destinations are all within easy reach of Pelican Marsh.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.

Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
